Anyone know the relevance of putting joint residency on a financial consent order? My solicitor had put my address as primary residence but contact had been agreed. He has told me his solicitor isn't happy with this and it should should be joint residency.
I have agreed to 50/50 but my daughter is currently seeing him or spending any time at his house. My son however is doing 50/50.
Anyone know if it means anything if its just on a financial consent order?
We don't have a legal childcare plan currently.
