I’m in the process of getting divorced. I’ve had the conditional order through, been through mediation for finances and my ex and I are in agreement. I have a solicitor who I asked to draft the consent order but he is being absolutely useless and hasn’t produced anything a month since I asked - we have supplied him with the D81 form already.
I want the consent order asap so I’m wondering about using the fixed fee service that Wikivorce offer on their website. Has anyone else used this? What was your experience of this service like?
Also, I see they say it takes 2-3 months for a consent order to be granted - is this true in your experience?
