What do I need for solicitors to draft the consent order?

Ex and I have agreed amongst ourselves how to split our finances and we will use the gov calculator for child maintenance amount (but won't bother with the system).

We've completed the D81 form and have a solicitor app next week so that they can draft the consent order.

What do I need to prepare for that?

Thanks

Money for a start to pay them.

Then a note lf what you have agreed. You do realise that the court won't just rubber stamp it unless they decide its fair even if agreed so you should also basically set out all the assets, pensions, savings, properties etc and debts as well as income so they can see the division is fair.

😂 I'm pretty sure they want more than a note. That's why I'm paying for a solicitor to draft the consent order and that's why I'm accompanying it with a completed D81 form which is a 25 page document. Have you been through the process yourself?

I was asking what I need to prepare for the solicitor app.
