My solicitor has drafted the consent order and sent to his solicitor, I know she has some amendments as he messaged me telling me however he isn't talking to her until Friday.
Mu solicitor has been rubbish, there was a big delay in getting the consent order sent out.
I have been very clear with solicitor that I need this sorted as I have been approved for shared ownership and the deadline to complete on that is 30th August.
I have no chance do I to get the consent order filed with court, get it approved and complete on a house by then.
Figures are all agree and 50/50 of the house nothing else included.
I am so down that I am going to lose a house I have told me children about because of all this!
