Court Order and Time With Child

Hi, I wonder if anyone has experience of this or can offer any help.

i have a court order in place, my children’s father has visitation rights only with times clearly defined.

Everytime my children are playing sport, in an event etc their Father turns up mostly with a number of others including his wife and mother in tow.

I have always been happy with them providing support but I am now receiving threats of violence via the children from their step mother and their father yesterday turned up at a school event and screamed F-off in my face in front of the children and many other parents.

I don’t want to have to be scared every time I leave my home, what can/should I do?

I should add he has a history of violence and lost contact with the children for 1 year 5 years ago.

I would look into a non molestation order

As above. Speak to the police. They will advise. You have witnesses. It might take time to report every single thing that happens and provide any evidence. Eventually you'll get the order or

Without it you can't stop him showing up to school or sport events is my understanding. Unfortunate I know, so sorry you're having to go through this.
