Does he also pay for wrap around care on the days he has them? And does he pay that to you or direct to childcare provider?

If he pays you does he give you the full amount or just 20% since you get the other 80% paid by UC?

Thanks

The thing with CM is there are no set rules on what it should / shouldn't be paid for. Does UC cover childcare on his days with the child or does it only cover your days?

He paid for his own wrap around care and I simply didn't claim for any of the days he was responsible for childcare, that kept everything straightforward.

Uc tends to ignore CMS payments as they can be stopped by the other parent on a whim. Generally, the NRP pays as a percentage of their income. What you do with it, is nobody's business but yours -assuming you feed and clothe and support your kids!
