I asked my STBEH for a trial separation in July. I filed for divorce in October. Our children are now 19-23 years old.
Ex H is being crap. Hardly any contact or communication and no caring for them. He's living with his mother.
I am doing everything I can for the children and putting them first. Two are at uni and one is working and in their own flat. They tell me they are fine, it's not my responsibility to make him a better father and they are being very supportive of me and each other.
Why does this happen? I know he's struggling even though he decided we were done but he's being a complete shit tbh. He's still a father.
It's heartbreaking and unforgivable.
