urgent advice freezing a divorce

hi please can someone advise how to freeze divorce proceedings my husband has applied for a no fault divorce the problem is we are joint council tenants on the house he has moved out & doesnt want the house we recently found out the divorce judge can award me sole tenancy otherwise the council may not award me it as i am 1 bedroom over as my son passed away i sought legal advice but i cant afford the £850 cost of the consent form i am very unwell & am on universal credit until i can get the fees as was told i wont get legal aid i need to freeze the divorce as from 4 july husband can escalate to final stage he knows about the tenancy we are civil & he assured me he wont escalate if anyone can offer advice thanks

So sorry to hear your son died and now your husband has left, OP. I have no advice to give, just wanted to give you a hug and hope that all goes as well as possible.
