My ex is taking me to Court in July to get full custody of dd - long story but she doesn't want to even see him and he's said as much in the statement - this is all about him having a stage. He also would like me to pay him maintenance...
I was suppose to have a call from Cafcass yesterday, I had one of those letters in an email. I went back to double check who was meant to be calling/when/number to get hold of them but the letter says it has been deleted after 90 days.
It is seemingly the only contact I am going to get with someone before the Court date and presumably they need to have spoken to him and checked out his residence etc. What do I do? Neither of us are appointing solicitors (he barely knows her so I don't feel I need to tool up and he is doing this purely to make me spend and worry). I feel I need to be proactive as it is already a huge waste of Court time but surely worse if we both rock up and no one knows what is going on?
