there is a long history of dv and coercive control by ex towards me, such that my child was on a child protection plan whilst living together. We are separated now but moved to a different borough. Ec uses child arrangements to basically control me. There is a non mol order in place and ex arrested for breach of it. In court proceedings -DRA due soon. S7 report done which basically ignores all the domestic abuse (including the NMo) and minimises it to say it is parental conflict . Several factual errors or misrepresentations. How do I address this? I’m détail in a position statement or do I have the author cross examined at final hearing ??
