Submitted online divorce and no response

I submitted divorce proceedings online using the official gov website. Had an email confirmation that I would hear back by 2nd June if it was accepted and I've heard absolutely nothing.
There's nowhere I can find online to chase this up.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Does anyone know if they are currently behind schedule on applications received?

Panicking a bit!

Can you ring them? With email confirmation details?
Doesn't give me confidence, I'm waiting also, by the 23th June I should hear if it's all going ahead!
