So me and my ex we are separated, it was too domestic anyway, so getting to the point i want to take my child abroad with new partner who we have a kid my oldest will be 4 yrs old when we go my ex is very spiteful I paid for solicitors for him to sign paperwork that I can travel abroad to Portugal he said he was fine at the very beginning, but than yesterday he had issues saying than he wasnt sure if he was signing it not knowing we will be coming back it literally states on paperwork than its for 1 week only than he brought up about the case of Madaline Mccwan dissapeared which is ridiculous than he said he will sign it. But can he withdraw his consent very last minute as I can imagine him doing that and if so what would happen or once we get to Portugal he reports us even though I got his consent? My mind is all over the place he would be that sort of person to do it and it just worries me I want to relax with both of my kids the second child is okey because I'm travelling with his father any advice would be appreciated and if that happens could I go for full custody after he withdraws his consent as he hasnt got the best intrest and tries to get me arrested? Or does he needs to go through court? Me and my ex areant married either and the child has got his surname but I will be taking the child birth certificate anyway and his consent of containing the passport ect and the permission but I don't know if he will try to pull a stunt on me any help and advice would be appreciated
