Hi,
I welcome your thoughts.

Ex was medically retired (but still allowed to work) 10 years ago. He has not had paid work since but earned through own business activities and hard work. However states on Form E he can't work and is not declaring his income.

He has obstructed providing disclosure and now we're heading to court for FDA with barristers (why barristers?)

Kids have left home, house is sold and proceeds shared, but his CETV is double mine. I will be on 10k when I retire. There is enough cash from house sale to buy 2 modest properties and have some cash left to put towards pension.
His pension matches my salary (£2k pcm) - so all OK until I retire....

What do you think is fair? I feel we're heading for court because he won't discuss anything other than via lawyers, I've had to get a lawyer to speak to them - but they still don't reply.

I am minded to walk away sometimes but I'm very confused. I'm not even sure I can walk away with court date coming up. I wonder what the options are...

thanks
