Can you track a consent order through courts?

My solicitor has advised me that my stbxh's useless solicitors have finally submitted the consent order to court. Is there a way to track this? I assume I could ask my solicitor but funds are low!

On the final leg now as the final order button is just waiting to be clicked, here's hoping the consent order gets approved, it's 55/45 in my favour due to some wider dependent family commitments (ie not just the children to be housed) which he honoured.

@halfmyface i don’t think you can track it but tbh I’m not sure. In my case it was my solicitor who submitted the consent order to the court and he was advised once it had been sent to the judge for consideration (about 2 weeks), then didn’t hear again until it was approved. The whole process took 25 days. Not long now so good luck.

My solicitor wasn’t even advised if the consent order had been sent to the judge. My solicitor submitted the consent order at the beginning of March and I’m still waiting for the approval. I was also wondering if I could track the consent order progress somehow.
