My ex has been playing tricks with his maintenance payments (late, drip-feed, partial payments and the rest of it). It's been putting myself and the kids in a really difficult position for a long time now. Sadly he can get away with it as he's living in sunnier climes outside of the reach of the UK. Still, for what it's worth I want to apply for enforcement, but I'm not sure about attaching some kind of statement or whatever - the form itself doesn't have any space for summarising the issue, but I've heard I can attach some kind of statement or that?? How do I do that / think about wording it? Thanks!
