How long waiting for conditional order to be approved

anyone applied for conditional order in feb/march? I would love to know how long it took to be approved/get a court date and when the court date is. I’m so over this now. I applied in the 26th March so I know I probably still have a wait.

I applied on 26th March 2024 had a reply back saying I would receive an email with a date of the court reading by 23rd May. I'm hoping it will be less than that - from previous posts people have been getting a reply by 4 weeks . I'm getting so stressed by this as when we started this process the weeks giving were alot less. We therefore confidently booked our wedding abroad beginning of September. Know we have to wait 6 weeks after the court reads it just want this sorted have my papers and enjoy preparing for my wedding.

Oh no! I’m sorry. I received an email on the 12th April saying it would be pronounced in court on the 30th April. Mines happening at Birmingham court so perhaps the court yours has been assigned to is a little busier.
i can apply for my final order on the 12th June.
I hope you hear back soon.

Thanks for the update much appreciated!
I'm in South Wales guess it's longer here unfortunately. Think I'll give the call centre a call Monday!!
Thank you again

Applied on 28th march, got a date May 8th again in Birmingham.

Its all a bit misleading I thought after the 22 weeks you wait 6 weeks and 1 day for conditional to run then final order the next day.

In reality it’s the 22 weeks then a wait of 6 weeks for an appointment to get the 6 weeks started! 😂

slow and steady wins the race!

Think Birmingham area are in a better position than South Wales - processing much quicker. Hopefully I'll here next week or two 🤞 just weeks going on and on. !!
