My ex is a nightmare and his parenting is questionable to the degree that social work are investigating. He has access to his children and all is well at the moment. I am desperate to get divorced, and we were nearly there, just the final application for the decree to be submitted (his responsibility for a few reasons). His lawyer is now refusing to submit it because he thinks it will be quicker to wait until that's sorted rather than risk the sheriff asking for a social work report etc. has anyone ever gone through this process while under these circumstances. I'm in Scotland if that makes a difference. My lawyer and the social worker can't see an issue.this guy is like a dog with a bone. ExH is very abusive and I'm so desperate to be 'free' of him
