Quickest/easiest and cheapest separation agreement Scotland?

We've been dithering and still living in the same house many months after we agreed to separate.

DC are adults, we are happy to agree all the financial stuff in advance. We will need a lawyer to deal with house deed type stuff and ex buying a property and probably need to update our wills given we last looked at them when DC were toddlers.

Just need to move forward now and want to do it in the simplest and cheapest way given we are generally agreed on everything.

I've seen an online service that will sort it for under £300, anyone used similar? Reviews look good but just wondering what the catch is?

i used the legal team recommended by nationwide when I was organising my mortgage. Changing the deeds was the most expensive part. Then I organised the divorce

Thanks, I will need to arrange a mortgage as we currently own the house outright and I'll be keeping it for now but I need to release funds so that ex can buy something else. If you did the deeds change prior to the divorce did you have some kind of finance order in place or was your ex happy to have their name removed prior to receiving funds?
