To worry I didn’t have the backbone for separation

just that…separated for 18 months and it was my decision for a number of reasons, mainly emotional narcissistic behaviours that have continued since separation. We have three children. I just feel so defeated by it all after so long, it’s been two years of back and forth and guilt trips despite me never wavering on my decision, and no intimacy also for that long, and yet I still feel so worn down by it all.
my question is, does it get easier?

Yes it does get easier .
The whole divorce process is long , tiring and draining but when it’s over you will feel a totally overwhelming sense of relief and get to make your own happiness in life .

Hang in there and please come here if you need advice or a hand hold .
Many of us have done it and survived..and are leading much better , less stressful lives .

Good luck .
