Hi all.
I plan on applying for a hold on the dissolution of divorce because ex owns house solely and I believe once divorce is granted, my matrimonial home rights cease. This would allow him to sell the property freely. We also haven't really discussed finances at all.
My question is when do I apply with D11 anytime or only after conditional has been granted?
