Has anyone had experience of an ex with poor mental health and childcare arrangements? I have very limited contact with him. We are going to court for childcare arrangements. Is it a barrier to being granted 50/50 childcare arrangements? Does anyone have any experience? There was a suicide attempt 18 months ago and a recent episode in 2023 (I’ve just found out) where he felt at risk (whilst in care of the children). Waiting for Cafcass to do section 7 report which I believe will be soon.
