I am going round in circles trying to work out what to do here.

We did submit in Dec but didnt fill out right forms.

We need to do a D81 and done that. We need to fill out Form A. We have an agreement done by solicitors which sets out the split of assets, bank accounts etc... that we did. The link from the courts says we need to fill out a consent order but they won't tell us which one. I would imagine its the Order 1.2 below in the pic? But theses ask for name of court and case number which we dont have or know.

While not particularly amicable, we both want to get this done and have no disputes on anything financial.

The consent order is a written document setting out the split of finances - is this not what your solicitors have done? Go back to your solicitor. The name of court and case number will on your documents about the divorce - on your conditional order/decree nisi.

It is, do we need to retype it all out or just send a copy of what solicitors did?

Did you not send it to the court when you submitted the forms? If not, this is probably what they're requesting. Send a copy to the court and maybe check with your solicitors that it is the consent order first.
