I would really appreciate some advice. Filed solo application for divorce online. He responded. I have to apply for the conditional order on 13 December. I can not communicate with him at all despite living in the same house. He is controlling and abusive.
We are having issues on who is staying and who is going. The house is rented from Housing association but it is a secured tenancy on both names.
On a free online 30 min consultation with a solicitor (I am not entitled to free legal aid and i have no savings so i can not afford a solicitor) i was told that i should submit form A now. However, when I downloaded the form it asks for the date of the conditional order.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
