I've been divorced for over 18 months, separated for over 3 years.
Last year the teens decided they wanted to live with me full time, we went through meditation and tried to build up contact and give him the opportunity to fix his mistakes with the teens but he screwed up even more and now teens refused to spend any time with him.
Fast forward a few months and I've asked for their passports, birth certificates, savings accounts, diagnosis letter for ASD etc... Which were all left at the family home he still lives in because we were initially 50/50 and civil.
We are still somewhat civil but he is unpredictable / impulsive so what's my next move if he won't hand over their legal / financial / medical documents?
Is it a specific issues order via the courts?
