Hi, everyone, I am not sure anyone can provide some advice, thanks.
I am a single mum of two, I divorced my husband in 2019, My ex-husband and I jointly owned a property,unfortunately, it carries a huge amount of loan.
I would like to sell the property with him, but he refused, he lives in the property in a town, me and children rent a flat in London, he is an alcohic, he had traumetic brain injury in 2020 resulting from excessive alcohol consumption, he is disabled now, he is unable to work and is not contributing to child maintenance, he refuses to move out or sells the property.
I am hopeless right now, I have been advised to apply for a court order to force a sale? but i dont have lots of money, what shall I do to protect my rights, any no win no fee or low cost solicitor can recommend? Thanks
