Do I get less in the financial settlement of we have 50/50 custody?

Just curious to know if we have both have our child 50/50 custody, will that mean I will get less in the financial settlement than if I had our child 60 or 70 percent of the time?
Or does this not affect my financial settlement at all? I do get that it would affect the amount of child maintenance I would get but want to know it would affect any share of equity or pension I would get?

Generally maintenance is not paid by either party if custody is shared 50.50.

It shouldn't really impact the financial split.

Practically speaking most people split assets based on need because there is not enough money to do anything else. That being the case your housing needs are exactly the same. The same size and the same area.

Unlikely to impact overall fimancisl
split

and you shouldn’t use your children as pawns in-order to try to get more either but instead look
at what is genuinely in their best interest
