Do I need to inform the court of this?

In the divorce petition, husband states that he's a habitual resident in the UK. He isn't and hasn't lived here for the last 2 years (only came to visit, a total of 2 weeks this year and 4 weeks last year). He provided a relative's address for correspondence from the court. Is this something, I need to inform the court about prior to agreeing to the petition. I don't particularly want to sign an application knowing there is an element of untruthfulness.

I also have evidence of postage (belongings) sent by him to his partner's address (perhaps his also). In the receipt he confirms and signs that he's moved to X country.
