How ?
I still love him.
I'm struggling to keep yhe house going, work, support my son and he's not working, living rent free with his parents and running round acting like a teenager with his new girlfriend

It hurts so much. I'm so sad and angry and I don't know what to do

I feel your pain, my husband of 22 years has just messaged me to say he is going on holiday for 10 days in September without the children….. when I’ve have stressed so much at booking & paying (when I have gone from complete financial security 4 months ago to now applying for universal credit) at going on holiday with me & our boys…. I can’t really afford to take my children on holiday but we/me have had the most horrendous summer & I just need something to look forward to (& the weather is so rubbish I’ll probably spend more in the UK)… I have felt such guilt at spend money I haven’t got & the stress has been real ever day!!) but actually today after he messaged me to say he was away I though sod it, it will be his loss, my children will know that I’ve done & spent money (& that’s not the everything, but it is when they know how much it is impacting me!!!)
you keep putting one foot in front of the other….
I know there is light at the end of the tunnel but it’s just pitch black at the moment but just push through to that light xxx

I’m two years post separation still trying to finalise our “no fault” divorce. Just found out my ex has had a girlfriend since before Xmas. She’s 11 years younger than me, no kids.
We were together 30 years, 3 kids. He didn’t have the decency to tell the kids, he just has kept being “busy” or “away”, he’s about to go on a two week holiday with her. Meanwhile I’m here trying to sort through our home to move to a house half the size, I’ve had to claim universal credit and am just scraping by while he acts like a selfish teenager spending like it’s going out of fashion.
I’m more angry than sad. I want to tell my solicitor because I’m pretty sure she’s as good as moved in but she will charge me money to read my email & reply so I probably need to just let it go.
I hope things get better for all of us on this thread, divorce is horrible.
