New home. What haven't I thought of?

Getting divorced. Getting my own home and 50/50 custody.
Will have some of the "family" furniture, but not much.
(And I'm very ok with all that.)
There's lots of planning I've done. I'm sure there's lots more I haven't thought about.
So if you've been in a similar situation, what didn't you forget to think about. Like how long does it get to get a sofa delivered ...

Sorting TV licence! I stayed in the family home but ex has moved out and licence was in his name, so I've had to pay for new one.
Applied for single person discount on council tax (assuming you are only adult)
Broadband
Setting up accounts for utilities
Updating addreses with banks, schools, doctors, dentists, pensions, car etc
Insurance
Looking for interest free credit if need to buy lots of furniture to spread the cost
Depending on age of kids, some of their toys from home can help them feel more settled (if ex agrees)
