Minute of Agreement in Scotland £1,000

I posted here years ago about how I was trying to split up with my husband and I finally did it last year.

Now I'm getting organised and want to try and buy him out of the property. I need a Minute of Agreement and the law firm I'm talking to have said it will cost £1,000.

Does anyone know if this is a reasonable price?

That's about what I paid for mine a couple of years ago.

I've been quoted £500 conveyancing, £500 simplified Divorce. Still waiting on the Minute of Agreement quote mind.
