Atm, me and ex are living together. He wont move out.

My 14 y old has asked for a 50/50 to her Dad and he said no so my 14 y old feels she got no say in this at all and got to live with her Dad full time. (Ive told her thats not the case as she need to be heard and for him to respect her wishes). Ive also got a 10 y old to think of too but the Dad want him to live with him too. (He doesnt know anything going on).

I'm happy with the 50/50....even though im not fussy on it but its what my 14 y old wants. I respect her wishes.

Im not happy with it cos im divorcing my ex cos of his chronic gambling.

But she doesnt want to go to court for them to be drilling her with questions. (Ex's words..not mine).

She is only going to live with her Dad cos my 18 yr old want to and they want my 10 y old to automatically follow them so they dont split up.

18 y old is going to uni in 2024.

Do i just see how everything goes along first? (as i havent even started the divorce proceeding yet as ive just claimed for uc for the first time this week, just waiting to see if im eligible for court fees help/discount as im not working and got no savings. Also, our house is very difficult to sell for the past 12 months. 🙄🙄)

or do i sort out the child arrangements now for the 50/50 to be put in place?
