Hiya,
Can anyone tell me how long it took to gain the decree absolute when their application was "out of time" due to it being made 12 months after nisi?
I applied yesterday, had the email saying it's out of time and my solicitor immediately replied with the statement required confirming that we haven't reconciled etc.
It says decree absolute application + statement takes longer than usual 24 hours in this scenario, but I have now clue how long.
Anyone been in this situation - how long did yours take?
