Change of name deed poll

I have sent forms off to deed poll -official gov office - kings bench division - court of justice and am still waiting for confirmation. Any body done this ? How long have you had to wait? I’m up to 5 weeks now!

If you're just reverting to your maiden name you don't need to do anything. Just start using it. If asked to provide proof show your marriage certificates and Decree Absolute assuming divorce has been finalised.
