Long story short. We are divorcing. My husband was earning £0 for x years now. He claimed we get benefits so he can do his own thing
I have a better job now which means we don't get much benefits (£150/m)
I asked him to contribute but he won't answer any questions yet refuses to leave the house and buys food now and then ( we have two kids7&9).
is there anything i can do about it? i know divorce will take ages as he will drag it as long as possible.
Is that enough to get occupational order?he would abuse me emotionally for years but i have no evidence for that
