My business as a childminder is not working out for me as im really struggling to find any parents close to me. i need to find a full time job to pay the mortgage, if im separating from my husband. (Me and husband had spoken about separating last week but he won't move out). We've got 3 kids.

Will i get much help from the hmrc? And if my husband is still living with me??

I imagine if he’s still living there they will assume he’s paying his share of the mortgage and bills so it could complicate things.

You can officially separate, be temporarily sharing a house, and claim benefits if necessary. You must stop joint grocery shopping/meal making/laundry etc for your ex. You are separated. Have a look at the www.gov.uk/divorce pages and wikivorce for advice.
Some couples simply can't afford to live apart until the divorce is completed and a house sale made or forced.

Get a divorce

Check you can get a divorce, agree or disagree with a divorce application, what to do if your husband or wife lacks mental capacity.

Don't move out!! You will lose more during the divorce proceedings, honestly get legal advice before you move out.

What a dick he is for making you move out, rather than him.

Just stay put until you've had it all checked out or he will win financially, particularly if your kids are still in th family home and you aren't.

And yes i am aware of about moving out so im staying exactly where where i am. He not making me move out at all but i think he wouldn't able to afford to move out, same as me
