The other party stole all my bank cards 6 years ago, took all the photos and gave them to the court, but the cards have been cancelled and I have to go to China to get the evidence. I am Chinese and lived in China before I got married.
But I had written it down in the documents I had prepared and I didn't say anything, I thought I would have a chance to say it later, but the judge announced the result later, before that I indicated that my evidence was on the table, the judge didn't say anything back and didn't give me permission to take it to them, I didn't have a lawyer and I didn't know the whole process, so I lost the case.
