Are the backlogs / delays with the family courts?
At the last hearing it was adjourned as there was an issue with the names on the application not exactly matching the marriage certificate. I sent Bury St Edmunds court what they needed to resolve this in November and have heard nothing. They don't reply to letters or emails. The next hearing is on 2nd March; still no decree nisi so another adjournment coming; it's so frustrating.
