So sorry as I’m sure this has been asked 100 times but I’m so confused by the section called ‘applying for a financial order’ on the gov website.
I have no idea if I need to click yes or no. Please be kind, my brain is absolutely fired with this all! We have a house jointly owned and small savings together. Would I need to click yes? What does it mean if I don’t click it now?
