Just what the titles says -

I am litigant in person, representing myself in child arrangements order. The other side is represented by a barrister.

Their case summary, chronology and issues to be resolved is not factual and definitely not impartial.

They are preparing the bundle.

What is they are not going to include my case summary, chronology and issues to be resolved?

I understand that ideally these documents needs to be impartial and agreed on.
But what if they are not?

They did this last time too and I have sent in my own bundle.
The magistrates does not want two bundles obviously…..
