This is a strange question but here goes
I was awarded a beneficial interest in a large piece of land that is realised only if it gets sold. It is neither use or ornament to me. He has no intention of selling and doesnt want to buy it. I cant force him to sell. His lawyers were better than mine. Can I sell my interest and if I can, how can I find someone to buy it.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
