I am seeking any further help, guidance, clarity and information on this unique situation please.
Wife left home county with youngest child (7) relocated to another county to start new relationship. Left behind son (14). Didn’t make any attempts to take him, ask him. From the day she left she has not contacted us, son or eldest daughter 19. Immediately went court for contact order. Judge ruled must see child and adjourned next family court to this March. Original court was November 2022. Wife has ignored judge and order. No one has seen youngest child since they left. We don’t know where they live, new phone numbers etc so can’t make any contact. Son and I are desperate to see youngest asap. Has anyone been in this situation before. We have emergency court hearing coming up but so far solicitors and courts are at £8k so far and we have got no where.
