What should ex husband be paying?

He currently pays nothing.

He will have the kids maybe 2/3 nights a week and obviously pays for food and activities when they are with them.

All dinner money, after school care, clothes, shoes, clubs, tuition, every single thing they need I pay for.

indo this out of guilt as I was married for 22 years and really broke up the family.

things are really tight.

wouldnhe be obliged to make a monthly contribution? Thing is I know he’d be really short of money if I pursued it. I work part time so not exactly rolling
in money but I did get PIp for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Does he not pay maintenance?

Google 'cms calculator'
Provided you know what he earns you'll be able to work out how much he should be paying

Agree with Pp

use cms calculator to guide you assuming you know roughly his earnings
if not, put in a formal
claim
and they will work it out

Well he should 100% be paying something!

Definitely use CMS calculator to work out how much
Then up to you if you show him and politely request it, or just ask them to deal with it (not sure what terms you are on)

You cannot deprive your dc of what they are due (even if you are doing an amazingly job covering what they need, his payments could go into savings)
