We are married with two DC and own our house together. I don't want to be together anymore and we have discussed separating. Is it a case of putting the house up for sale, splitting the equity and each buying a new place? Then sort the legal bit after (official divorce). I just long to be in a new home asap, a fresh start for me and my kids. Or do we need legal support before selling?
