The Order has set out the following:

  • An Order for possession that she had to give you possession of the family home . That ex HUSBAND to vacate the family home and give you exclusive possession of the property , That should he fail to leave i have to issue for a bailiff’s warrant thereafter without any further notice to him.

Regarding the next steps, could you please give me a brief description as to what the process of instructing Baillifs would entail. I would be very grateful if you could do so by addressing the points below, please:

-Help to fill the basic Form N325 is needed to complete (please kindly tell me what to go about it )Especially setion certify and payments what do you you put in total i am not claiming any money except paying 130 pounds fee ? how to delete those entry between brackets online ?

  • How long does it take from the time we make the application for bailiffs to attend and change locks ? THE COURT I AM DEALING WITH ARE SLOW and UNRESPOINSIVE
-In your opinion from the time we make the application how long do you think it will take before I can have possession (just a rough estimate) -What is best way to pay ? if cheque to whom ? and what exact address of the court so it will be no delay ( My court are slow/unresponsive).is it addressed to baillifs or just post in in Court postal physical box ?

Thank you for your advice and inputs
