My ex has not complied with the court order issued in late 2013 . He was meant to pay me costs and the villa we had in Spain was to be sold and the proceeds split 50/50. My ex has taken up residence in the villa and refuses to sell. I had so much debt following the divorce I could not afford to engage solicitors to enforce the court order but started to do this 4 years ago with a solicitor in Spain. No progress has been made to date. Can anyone advise me if I should be filling in Form D11. There is also another form D60K. Advice please.
