Kicked ex husband out 2.5 years ago. He initiated divorce. DA so I fortunately get legal aid.
trying to do financial settlement but he’s ignoring everything so we taking him to court. He’s failed to attend last 3 hearings. So final hearing coming up. Penal notice attached to last order.
he hasn’t submitted any documents at all and as said that he won’t be attending. Says penal notice is scare tactic.
i just want it over with. I’m sick of living in limbo. I don’t know why he’s actibg like this. I’ve even tried to ask him to talk so and agree stuff so he can avoid court. But he just won’t engage.
