Divorce when you have no children

Does anyone here have experience of getting divorced when you own a house together, but have no dependents? I’m wondering if that makes the process any easier or quicker…? If anyone can share their experience I’d be very grateful. Thank you.

doesn’t automatically make it easier or quicker

depends if you can both agree on % split of assets

arguably should be less contentious as no argument re sacrificing career to support children, or needing more assets to house children etc
if you can’t agree you’ll still end up with sage FDR/FDH
