Exh has moved overseas after 6 years of marriage and living together in UK (I’m British but he’s not originally).
He is refusing to give me a forwarding address (he has always been emotionally abusive and I think this is another form of control for him).
We have a child together and communicate on WhatsApp so he can speak to our son but he refuses my requests for an address. I’ve submitted the divorce application and provided his email address but now need to complete form D11 to apply to serve another way (ie email) as I don’t have a postal address for him. His last known address in the UK was my house until my father dropped him at the airport on Monday.
Has anyone been in a similar situation and been successful? Interested to hear what evidence you submitted to show you tried to find your ex.
