Husband and I have separated. I had holiday booked abroad to see his relatives in Mediterranean. He said he would take them alone and I said no way sue to age of one and their additional needs which would make it traumatic and he then said he wouldn’t let me take them anywhere. I am parenting alone lost days a Ben when together and we separated for over 2 years previously so it’s not the same in terms of separation anxiety for them etc if he takes them away or I. Can he legally stop me taking largemouth on holiday ? They were really looking forward to it?

Really sorry, I can't make much sense of your post. Could you be a little clearer.

How old are your children, why would they have separation anxiety while being on holiday with their dad? Do they have contact with their dad anyway?

Why would it be traumatic for him to take them solo, but not you? Do you have genuine concerns that he might move over there and not bring the kids back? Unless there's a massive drip-feed coming, you risk sounding abusive and controlling if you carry on like this...

Do you have a court order in place? If so, it should say what your position is re: holidays (most orders say the parent who lives with the children can take them abroad for up to 28 days). If not, then you need either his consent or a court order.
