Savvy divorce solicitor desperately needed

Hi. Did you use a savvy and experienced divorce solicitor that you'd recommend to others? Someone who knows all the financial tricks that dodgy exes pull? If so, PLEASE share their contacts. My current solicitor has given me 3 totally contradictory strategies so far and has now abruptly disappeared on maternity leave. My scammy ex is going to run rings around me. So if you know someone who can out-wit his nonsense and give me good advice on what to go for, please say. Thank you!

Depends on how much is at stake, but a junior sol at Vardags is well worth the money if there is a reasonable amount.

Just represent yourself and go straight to court. The judge will be fair, your ex won't.

Or you could spend 3 years and £30k on legal fees and end up going to court anyway.

What assets and values are you fighting over?
most solicitors know all the tricks used. you don’t need a major international London based firm fir they or if you only have ‘normal’ assets eg a house and pension

Where abouts are you? Know a ball breaker in East Midlands if that helps.

I know a good one in North west if that's any use to you

My boyfriend used Mary Bullen, she's a real terrier.
